1 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Fernet Branca
¾ oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¾ oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio sugar to water)
Fresh Mint
Combine Bourbon, Fernet Branca, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice, shake for 30 seconds. Strain and serve over ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
