50 oz. Slaughter House American Whiskey
50 oz. Carpano
Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
50 oz. Germain Robin Brandy
16 oz. Benedictine liqueur
2 oz. dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz. dashes Peychaud's bitters
Combine Whiskey, Vermouth, Brandy and Benedictine liqueur in a 5 liter mini-barrel. Age to taste (we recommend 2 - 3 weeks). Add bitters and mix well. Transfer cocktail into bottles to store if not using immediately. Serve over a large ice cube, and garnish with lemon zest.
