Pisco Punch Glass

2 oz. Encanto Acholado Pisco
½ oz. Partner Vermouth
1 oz. Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup
½ lime juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain and serve over ice. Optional: garnish with seasonal herbs and edible flowers.
